DESIGN & BUILD WITH US

As you might be aware CDP are also a Design and Build team and we would be more than happy to introduce you to our build team who can price your project. Choosing to do Design and Build with us takes the stress away from you the client as we Project Manage every job and use our own sub-contractors. Meaning we save you time and money.

GOING OUT TO TENDER

If you prefer, we can go out to tender. Normally, we will obtain three separate costs from Contractors with CDP as Contract Administrators

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS

If you have a builder in mind already, we are happy to work with you on this basis as Contract Administrators. Alternatively, you may want to manage the whole build yourself.
